Dental Drama

Hmmm. Long time no blog. No good excuse really, just been using bandwidth torrenting Top Gear. As you do.
So anyway, one of my front teeth became sensitive. It didn't hurt or anything, I was just aware of it for a day or so. Then it felt loose. Seriously so. To the point where I had a little panic that it was about to fall out so took the obvious (but unusual for me) step of going to see a dentist. He took a picture and sent me on to another dentist. Joy! 2 dentists in 2 days. My new dentist was actually an endodontist - a breed of dentist of which (until 2 days ago) I was blissfully unaware. Perhaps it was just as well that I arrived not knowing I was about to have one of my root canals thoroughly scraped out. I guessed that a fancy type of dentist I hadn't heard of would be expensive and I was right there. Oh well.
